With the all-new Yokohama iceGUARD iG20™, today’s winter drivers are better equipped to face the challenges of severe weather road conditions. Loaded with advanced traction technologies, the iceGUARD iG20 allows for more confident handling on both ice and snow.

  • 4 WIDE CIRCUMFERENTIAL GROOVES - Eject snow and water, for high-grip road contact and straight-line stability.
  • EXTENDED BLOCKS - Improve handling and braking stability, and deliver a quieter ride.
  • SLUSH GROOVES - Drain slush from the inside of the tire to the outside.
  • MICRO-DIAGONAL GROOVES - Deliver immediate traction during the critical first miles.
  • 3-D SIPES - Special zigzag sipes help maintain block rigidity by locking together and they create more biting edges for enhanced snow and ice traction.
  • GROOVE-IN-GROOVE DESIGN - Tiny slits within each groove wall disperse stress and heat, controlling uneven wear.
