Yokohama’s AVID H4s/V4s takes the daily drive to new heights in performance, confidence and comfort. This remarkable performance level is the product of key design features including specialized compound technology.

  • Wet And Dry Maneuverability - The AVID H4s/V4s has been technologically advanced by optimizing the shape of the contact patch to deliver superior, all-season handling.
  • Tread Compound - Yokohama engineers developed an all-new compound for the AVID H4s/V4s. This new tread rubber delivers superior levels of grip on wet, dry and snow-covered roads. At the same time, it offers the longest mileage in its class.
  • Tread Design - The computer-simulated tread pattern of the AVID H4s/V4s provides more even treadwear, extending the life of the tire.
  • Large Shoulder Blocks - Deliver more rubber-to-road contact for enhanced cornering grip.
  • Continuous Center Rib - Generates a better “on center” feel and enhances the high-speed stability of the AVID H4s/V4s.
  • Staggered Block Design -Works with the four circumferential grooves to improve both lateral stability and snow traction.
  • Four Wide Circumferential Grooves - Ensure efficient water evacuation and improve lateral traction in snow.
  • Multiple Cross Grooves - Provide more edges for improved wet and snow traction.
